Overnight Awake Shiftworker-New Directions, Methuen, MA

We are seeking Overnight Awake Shiftworkers to work in Methuen, MA in our 6-10 bed residential group home for teenage girls involved with the Department of Children & Families (DCF).
$1,000 hiring bonus upon successful completion of 6 months of full-time employment.
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Some human service-related experience is preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver's license; and legally registered and insured car for work use

Responsibilities: Must remain AWAKE throughout the overnight hours of (11 pm - 8 am). Be a positive role model for the young women. Work in teams of two to supervise and monitor the girls in accordance with program procedures; provide behavior management; assist in morning routine including waking girls to prepare for school; transportation to school.
